      Your images inspired me to spend this weekend in your neck of the woods. Well...I'll spend the weekend in Blackwater and Monday I will head to Great Falls, before going home on Tuesday. I am hoping to get a few nice shots..not nearly as gorgeous as your series of herons at Great Falls.

      Great stuff, and a very cooperative subject.
      btw- after looking at your collage, I think I'd actually prefer one of the shots with more dark texture in the waterfall... but I can't speak to the sharpness of the heron in those. ;)
