Midian Douchebaggery
Those of you that still feel the need to go to Midian to RP. Those of you thinking there will be some salvaging? Think that the current admins are doing you a favour and are being so nice to you cause they like you? Think again...One of my personal favourite conversations in this is the one about Octavia. Now I don't even know who that is, but I feel for how she's going to feel in the end...Cause I KNOW how it feels. They pulled that same shit on me...I wonder if Auntie IS Jade? They have the same type of mentality, that's for sure.

Sure as hell has the same douchebaggery mindset..Only she acts all sugary and nice and shit while she's stabbing you in the back better than Jade. So yeah..I spose she ain't.

You know, as far as I saw it they had a right to rewrite the past of their sim , put together stupid rules that hindered RP and kick out anyone who did not see things their way, since it was their sandbox to do with as they pleased.
But the contempt for the player base shown in those posts is just sickening.
As for people still roleplaying there, I hate with a passion Ubisoft, Activision and Electronic Arts because of the way they treat their consumers, but that does not stop me from consuming their products. People think they are getting something out of Midian still, good for them, I just hope for their sake they do not invest any time or money there.

The moment i saw who was incharge of new midian and saw that pretty much all my charries/history was gone I shook my head. I had hope.. a small flicker of it.. but.. this is the icing ont eh cake.. Those that praise Midian are either in tight nit cliques with these... "Admins" or are completely new and blind to it all..
want to know whats also great about all this. The admins adn best buddies were allowed to keep their characters and character backgrounds but the rest of us had to completely scrap ours.. wtf.

yeah Deets Carrol was like the worst role player there and now she is runnin the place. Kinda made meh sick. But i always will loves Auntie. Anyways you guys should check out Neo Tokyo. Very cool place imo.

There are many things in my SL life I regret, leaving Midian was never one of them. The place is poison to the soul. You're better off far far away from there.

What Midian presents? Only 3 things; 1- Delusional 2- Shamefull 3- Power/Money hungry
It presents these things cause it`s run by people like that.
The corruption and poison flickers too deep inside the roots; its not possible to cleanse it with any method but to set it on fire. Some people that ruined Midian with lack of ethics left of course. Those tried to take over 'so called virtual power' with ooc bullying showed their incompetence of running the sim in many occasions by creating so called 'storylines' that only benefit them cause they thought they were elitists and deserved it since they were *admins* or bff /partners with *admins* so they had every right to do what they wanted ..well it was *their* playground. In the end they got butthurt and had to leave but those were just *weeds* grown in the "garden". And weeds always leave some seeds behind.
Midian 2.0 is the same as the old one, actors may change but the roles are the same. What is the difference between "old corrupt admins or their best friends" trying to take over the sim-s by any dirty means ic or ooc and now Debra making NPC uber alts for every faction out there to own it OOC-ly to control everything while making "fun" of players names? Srsly. It is the same.
And there are a lot of people two faced people that are 'suprised' to these events.Just cause theirs not made public doesn`t mean they are not the same.
If there is one thing to describe what these conversations are is that it is absolutely disgusting.
I feel sad for people who don`t believe these can be true and in desperate denial.
In the end Midian is worth your time and efforts? No.

You know what's funny about a lot of this is I was silent for a long time. Almost 5 years ladies and gentlemen. Hoping that in my silence I personally would be left alone and let to do my own thing and carry on with my new ventures. Hoping that the new people could have some light and some happiness in a place I obviously could not. Hoping that in time it would die down and someone would come in and actually be kind in Midian. I was an admin about 3 years ago in Midian. I was a DAMNED good admin too. I did everything I could to help Midian thru roleplay and OOC I even ran the Roleplay academy to help people to learn how to Roleplay. Was always open for questions when people needed guidance. I have a long list of people that have thanked me for making Midian better for them. But then I was villainized based on a character I play and one gossip monger started a spiral of events that led to the way some people treat me now, talk about me now, even when I am no longer even around. I left..Leave me alone and out of things is what I asked. Ever since I said my farewell in Midian I barely even spoke about Midian. I even told people that tried to talk to me about "I am not interested in talking about it" And my friends respected that. But, it never stops. A year or so now I have been gone and my name STILL comes up out of people's mouth's as this villain that I NEVER portrayed OOC to ANYONE.
Some say..this is an internet platform and we shouldn't allow it to bother us or even make it a case...They call it 'Drama'...No, Drama is one is bitching about something happening to them that isn't. Drama is when someone has the need to say things and bring it to others ears to get attention. Drama is making a big deal out of something that isn't. This isn't drama. This is people standing up for themselves when they are being treated poorly. I will not lay down and let people steam roll me. Which these days seems to be how people seem to want to handle things. Ignore it and it will go away. Well, look..we ignored it and it's still there! I remember the 70's...We used to stand up for ourselves...not lay in the street and let people mud stomp us...Internet or not! I am STILL a HUMAN BEING!
This ladies and gentlemen isn't qualified as drama. This is real people, with real feelings, that are being talked about as though they are nothing. To say, it's just the internet, denounces their feelings and makes everything invalid. By these means, ANYTHING, ANYONE says to you on the internet should not be taken seriously, EVER. And I challenge you all to find me one person that has not been hurt by someone on the internet at least once. I CHALLENGE YOU! Don't sit there high upon your ivory tower and tell me, get over it. Tell me to ignore it. Tell me that I shouldn't fight back cause it's just the web. Sure, it's easy to ignore it when you're not the one being poked at by the stick all the damned time for no reason at all. Log off? I did that too..but why should I have to lose out on doing something I love to do because of them? That's not at all right. No...I am exposing things and this is just a small handful of the crap -I'VE- had to deal with in the past 2 years.
Most of the people that spread the lies and rumours about me being a big mean asshole are people that haven't even spent more than two minutes talking to me. MOST! Sure, I've had MY run-ins with people in Midian and had my share of fights...who hasn't? We aren't all perfect..But one thing I can say, is most of the people I have had run-ins with are my friends to this day still....Most of us know there was a bad blood between me and Marina for awhile. We are friends now. We got over our fight. I had some time where me and Damian had issues..we too are friends still..we took care of things. Anyone that's ever talked to me for more than 30 minutes, knows that I am not the villain that these people paint me to be...so..here I am...STANDING UP! And not taking this shit anymore. This is me saying "NO!" as an activist against all of this...JUST NO!

It is MY name they keep dragging thru the mud with other names to the point that I cannot even go to other SIM's without having people treat me like I am this big jerk, people I've never even met, cause they heard a rumour...I have actually been kicked out of a SIM just for stepping a foot into it cause of this crap...Let it go? Would you? Really? Sorry....I'm not laying down no more! And no! I am not going to go make an alt to hide from all this. I LOVE my character, I spent a LOT Of money on him and I am PROUD of who -I- the player am! I will NOT hide! I have NOTHING to hide from!
