Maxoids

After hours of waiting for it to download I finally got it to work. Special thanks to shortyboo, whom I'd never figure this out alone. But yeah turns up that if you stop the seeding your download speed will go so much faster. I slowed down the seeding and the downloading speed just flew, I wish I had known that sooner.

Anyways I made Sebastian in the Sims 3. I like all the new features, but my computer is not quite up to par. My graphics are incredibly shitty the game is pretty laggy for me. Hard to get into it if your specs aren't quite up there, but yeah still had fun. I like a lot the new options, I love the customization in CAS. I can't wait until all the good CC makers convert everything over. There are no abs whatsoever on the Maxis skintone XD You can't even customize the eyes the same way you were able to in Sims 2. There's no way to change the width/thickness. I love the buy mode though. Everything is so well organized I tried to get a print screen of all of the new icons but for whatever reason my Gadwin is effed up and sometimes doesn't print the screen. But yeah here's some screenshots for you all, enjoy! :D

    Yes I finally got it to work. My graphics card sucks. I need to upgrade that. I'm using what came with the computer which is Raedon Xpress 200.

    Seeders are basically other people that are downloading from your download I think lol. There's usually a reading somewhere that says how much your download is getting seeded (idk what program you use). So yea turning it off would reduce that.

    Haha I stayed up until about 1ish I didn't have to work until 11 am today, but yeah I will play again tonight. My card's really bad though, can't really enjoy the game to the fullest.

    Donna you have to right click on the download and then go to bandwidth allocation and make sure the seeding speed is turned all the way down and the downloading speed is turned all the way up. That will make things go faster.

    There wasn't much control with the body, but I did like a lot of the new features with customizing the face. The only problem is you can't really see the changes with the Maxis skintone and some of the options in bodyshop for creating Sims are no longer in the game. As far as clothes go you can easily change the shirt, pattern colors, etc. It's really cool.

    But ahhh u got really good shots, im gonna try to play this weekend again and get some shots lol. I hate the guy I made though so Im going to make another. I updated my graphics but didn't want to restart the game so I just kept playing with shit graphics. Lets see if it actually looks better when I go back to play. If not I need to update as well.
    And ahhh I love all of the new CAS options. And I think the hair one is my fave. But I just wish the sims didn't look so much like clay, but I hope we can get custom skins because that would really fix it up. I really can't wait im so exited lol.

    And Seb is a slut, A Jealous slut XD haha. he don't even want Baja to talk to other boys and he is over here talkin to some blonds lmaoo.

    And, since I'm assuming you used a torrent, what torrent might that be? Mine took overnight and I'm installing the setup, BUT it's stuck at "55%" and not looking like it wants to make any progress :(

    I used utorrent but yeah mine froze up too while in the middle of it. You gotta make sure you turn down the uploading speed all the way down which will turn up the downloading speed and set downloading speed to unlimited.
