So sweet! I have heard of Roborovski's but I don't know if I have seen this variety of hamster before, it looks quite a bit like a gerbil. I thought these were very fast, and you are holding him/her.

I wonder about that too! Do they relate our hands, faces and voices as one thing or 3 seperate entities? I keep asking Hamlet but she just nibbles my nose......so its probably just food they think about.

Great detail - I love the whiskers in particular.

As for us here, we've just spent the past few hours hunting for our dear Mocha - he has somehow managed to open the door of his cage and is now no where to be found. We are getting anxious because if he leaves the apartment he may fall prey to the other cats/dogs in our building and/or the neighbourhood.
Please pray we find him before he gets into any trouble.... Thanking you in advance.. *hugs*
