Freeze-dried mealworms are the latest in-thing around these parts. Not that she's chomping down on one here - that would be simply too gross!
I still don't touch their freeze-dried mealworms with my bare hands, by the way, even though we are on what must be our fourth packet!! Eeeeek!

Cute foto, when I was in Seattle this summer I bought some mealworms that were okay for people to eat for my young friends here in town, they are about ten years old and they loved em' they enjoyed grossing out their sisters'-))

They should make a mealworm snack for hamsters that ends up shaped like something cute and has a coating so that we humans who are icked out don't have to touch the mealworm part. I'd invent it myself, but I'm too icked out to do it!
