Gateau Breton Cake

    My pretty Gâteau Breton cake made with unsalted Kerrygold butter and a bit of Fleur de Sel! I'm glad I snapped a shot since it's half gone already!! So yummy. I used the recipe from Rose Levy Bernbaum's book "Rose's Heavenly Cakes" and it truly is a bit of heaven.
