Yes. I love the MP-E 65 and it's 5x (35) and incredible 7,5macro on crop 1.6. And this isn't all - i can use closeup (even +8 without fails) and try to use tubes!

Hm... i have paper on this one. You should metter that it makes minimum zoom of 1.6:1 at crop and more then 7:1 at maximum values. so not everytime you need such magnification. And it haven't autofocus or manual focus at all!
