Draft snake

    It's cold enough that I finally got around to making a draft excluder aka a draft snake. I had googly eyes aplenty and decided a snake may as well be a snake. It fits the door frame perfectly and the draft is totally blocked. Now, I just have to make sure the cats don't think it's a new toy.

      Very cute! What did you stuff it with? I'll have to remember this for the holidays since it's a wee bit warm here now... 95 degrees today!

      Thanks! It's stuffed with lots and lots of polyfill (dacron). It takes a TON of stuffing before it's full!

      I just took apart two old pillows, so stuffing I've got. :-) Will post my snakey snake when I make one...maybe I'll make ours a "tack-a-pillar" as my as my son calls them.
