I like the hybrid-esqueness you've captured between the two official versions.... I've seen the new TIE, and while I'll certainly buy and build one, I'll be basing my MOCs more on the old canopy as you've done. I modded an interceptor to follow the look of the newer Vader TIE, but I haven't actually MOC'd one yet.
Your work on the X Wing and Y Wings is first rate!
