      I think it might be a dragon fly but not sure.....it was sitting on my window of my house and i took the picture with my mobile phone....

      It's a damselfly. Smaller than a dragonfly and the wings are held along the body rather than at an angle to it. Beautiful creatures. (I think this is a young male blue-tailed damselfly.)
