Chocolates
Licorice, vanilla, caramel, and dried/caramelized black olives. Plus vanilla ice cream. This was really good.
Rose soufflé, was really delicious... so delicious I ate part of it before taking a picture
Crackling pork with onions, melon and beets. Really good, especially when eaten with the melon.
Cod, potato gnocchi, with a terrine including macaroni. It was good, but I didn't like it as much as the other dishes.
Grilled sole. The sauces from top to bottom are olive oil, bergamot, orange and fennel. Meant to represent mediterranean, was really tasty
Pig's ear carpaccio, mushrooms and tomato. It was great, I liked the mushrooms the best.
Brioche filled with custard
Chip with an anchovy spine. It was good.
First snacks were hidden in a tiny tree. They were olives stuffed with anchovies, and really...

The restaurant has 3 Michelin stars and is ranked the 4th best restaurant in the world in 2010. It's about an hour away from Barcelona by train.
