HDR from 11 exposures processed in Photomatix.
The day I shot this one, it was soooooo hot and humid at midday.
I was literally 'melting'. To take 11 exposures in that kind of
weather was a torture, I tell you! Anybody symphatize?

Parliament Hill Info
Ottawa is an awesome place to visit. It's a beautiful town with many
tourist attractions.
That's where I used to live when I first got to Canada a 'few' years
ago. The only thing that made me move from there was the harsh(er)
Winters and too much snow. How many snowmen could I have built?!?
=)
Lots of memories and wonderful friends still live in there. A perfect excuse to escape once in a while...

We have cloudy skies today, but a very nice warm weather. Perfect for
cleaning the weeds out of my garden, but what am I doing inside in
Flickr???..........the addiction, of course! LOL

Brilliantly imposing! Remarkable detail and treatment! This is a distinct improvement on so many of the postcards you can buy of the parlimentary buildings...sorry about the heat..I can compare to Fl you know ;-)
About yr quest: The move has good and bad points...actually living in FL was the same...I think I have moved too many times in my life to be objective
I heard and read about all that nasty weather in Ont....terrible..I think worse than what we might expect from Bill the hurricane who is kind of getting lazy apparently
There is yourself and another contact of mine that experienced a close proximity to the tornadoes....geez....glad you are OK...tornadoes are one thing I really am scared of
