Hi
I have about seven great passions these days: dogs, travel, photography, cooking, wine, jazz and reading. Mostly these meld quite well. We go on great trips, eat delicious food, relax at charming cafes with new wines (or beer). And then we come home to the dogs (three of them....all big), look through the photos, listen to our favorite jazz standards and read up on the next adventure.
Next up is Ireland. I'm really looking forward to seeing the greens of Ireland. Since the forecast is nothing but rain for the next two weeks, I expect that I'll get a bit wet. Hopefully, I can keep the cameras dry.
Later on this summer we will visit both American coasts. First, is a weekend in Monterrey and the next weekend will be Newport, RI for the jazz festival.
In the fall we will explore the rain forests of Belize and the Mayan Ruins in Guatemala.
I have no idea what will be on the docket for 2008, but some percolating ideas include Spain and/or Botswana.
