  I first met Paul years ago during undergrad... he was studying economics at the time and later changed to whatever ( I can't recall now but it had to do with words or something ). He went on to graduate school the last I heard and was thinking about something a bit unconventional in terms of a career - clearly some passion in the guy as I remember. I never spoke to or saw him after that.
  
  I ended up dropping out and never got my degree in physics like I had planned. I ended up selling all my worldly possessions and I bought a ticket to Nepal. The plan was to buy a cheap motorbike and trek across Asia with my old beat up Nikon. Paul and I lost touch.
  
  During my trek across Asia I fell in love with the land, the people, the food, etc, etc, blah and blah. I ended up living there for close to 3 years. Got married to a local girl - she left me eventually. Something about my bathing habits or breath or something. I recovered - but I do admit it was tough my friends.
  
  *sigh*.
  
  I hopped on a plane back and have been making a living selling and buying pink wigs on ebay.
  
  Anyhow, I recently made a trip back to Asia - and one thing I kept on hearing, actually it was one word that I kept on hearing *Zadignose*. I could not figure out what people were saying at first. The more I asked about this *Zadignose* the more intrigued I became. The folks uttering the name did so with extreme excitement and wonderment - and stupid grins on their faces.
  
  I had to find out who or what this dude was.
  
  Well, I ended up meeting this really hot woman by chance - and since my bathing/breath issue had been resolved - I was able to focus on the chica rather than the Zadignose for the next few weeks.
  
  I totally forgot about Zadignose til I got back to US. So I start googling the word - Zadignose late one night. I end up getting pointed to flickr. I click on the guy's profile and learn that - it's Paul! Paul from college! I came to learn he was doing a part-time judging, jurying and executing thing... he and I still refuse to speak to each other though - had to do with some serious disagreement on a bridge or a flower pic or something.
  
  The rest is history - including all my executions and the fact that he and I block each other."
