Postdoc living in Albany, CA. Grew up in small town Minnesota and miss the Midwest. I'm particularly inspired by all the amazing outdoor photographers in this region, such as Darren White, Marc Adamus, Jesse Estes, Chip Phillips, and Zack Schnepf, to name only a few of the fantastic photographers in this area. I'd love to get out shooting with people, as I too seldom have other photographers to meet with.
I really like looking for the little things around us, and appreciating the beauty of every day life. Take a look around, how can you not? For me, photography is about capturing some of that beauty while just preserving and remembering what I see around me. Most of my shots aren't bound to be prize winners or anything, mostly just self-documentary. But I think some aren't too bad either.
