I'm a freelance garden writer and photographer living on 10 acres in the country, where I have lots space to try out new plants (err, used to - my gardens are pretty full now). I favor contemporary, easy-care garden styles, and to work with nature, rather than fighting it. Nature tends to win anyway! I garden in southern Ontario in Zone 5.
