イラストレーター　山脇　豊
1968年、兵庫県豊岡市生まれ。幼少より絵を描き始め、市展などの入選多数。1989年、上京。日本絵本専門学院に入学。卒業制作展では最優秀賞を受賞。卒業後すぐに小学館テレビ絵本や集英社non-noなどイラストの仕事に携わるが、1993年のバンド結成をキッカケに創作活動を一時休止、音楽活動に傾倒。1998年、ＰＣの購入を機に創作活動を本格再開。2000年よりコージィゲンにてＴシャツデザインを制作。出版社勤務を経て、2002年、独立。2003年、Tシャツブランド・YUTAを発表。2004年1月より2008年3月まで看護専門誌「エキスパートナース」の装画を担当。2005年4 月号では同誌史上最高売上を記録。新装版装画を担当した「起きてから寝るまで英会話」シリーズは累計150万部を突破。2007年には制作拠点を渋谷から葉山へ移し、より精力的に創作活動を続けている。

illustrator Yutaka Yamawaki
Born in 1968, Toyooka City Hyogo Prefecture Japan. Drawing pictures from the infancy and he won the prize such as the city exhibition many times. In 1989, he entered Japanese picture book school in Tokyo and won the highest award in the graduation exhibition. After the graduation, he became a freelance illustrator. But the creation activity paused after organizing music band in 1993. Purchasing a PC in 1998 made him resume the creation activity. That was the beginning of the 2nd stage as the freelance illustrator and designer which continues until today. In 2003, T-shirt brand YUTA released from cozygen. Cover illustrations for Expert Nurse from 2004 to March 2008. Okitekara-Nerumade English conversation series with his new cover illustrations is sold more than 1.5 million in total. In 2007, he moved his atelier from Shibuya to Hayama, and keeps on creating his works energetically.
