Youth Leadership Council is a group of young professionals and college students who are dedicated to foster leadership skills in Asian-American youths.

YLC sponsors an annual conference that offers high school students an opportunity to develop skills for future leadership. The students get a chance to work in a team atmosphere that allows them to extend beyond their academic endeavors and into the realm of leadership capabilities.

Each year, YLC seeks inventive and committed college students as well as young professionals who have a desire to make an impact on the next generation of leaders. Mentors work as a team to guide a group of high school students through the weekend Conference.
