Please let me know if you're a genius who is clued in on how to retrieve photos from an iPod onto a PC. It's a 60 gig video one. I saved the funky oddly-named files from the 'pod, but seems impossible to convert on a PC.

And yes, I am saving the full sized pics on it from now on too.
