Yogie and Friends is the only sanctuary for large, exotic cats in the State of Louisiana.
We have three main goals:
* Rescue abused, neglected, and unwanted large, exotic cats and provide them a safe, stress-free, permanent home.
* To educate the public about these animals
* To help other sanctuaries when possible
Yogie and Friends opens to the public on a limited basis to reduce any stress on our animals. The majority of our cats have come to us from cruel conditions and we do not want to add any more stress to their lives. Opening to the public on a limited, educational basis gives us a means to financially support the animals.
