how on earth does one describe oneself? it's like asking a tree what it's like to be a tree ...?! a tree is a tree, it wouldn't know what it's like to be something else ... with that said, if i'm not training, being a super-geek, or practising yoga, i'm usually found outdoors climbing some mountain, skiing down it, canoeing, running, or laying about on the the floor with matt.
