Hi, I'm an Australian who has been living in the UK on and off for the last 10 years (but am currently back in Oz). I have been into photography for the last 20 years. For most of that time I have been a film user and had a home darkroom where I use to spend a lot of time printing B&W. I have now moved over to digital and still feel like I'm only just getting use to it - but I do love it.
I am largely self taught in photography. It is amazing me how much the exposure to the vast resource of imagery on flickr is influencing the type of images I want to make.
I am a potter by trade and photography is a hobby - a very big obsessive hobby.
