Hallo und guten Tag!
Auch ich habe den Weg hierher gefunden. Ich komme aus den südlichsten Zipfel von Niedersachsen und wandere schon eine ganze Weile durch in die weite Welt des Webs. Habe hier und da eine Rast eingelegt und mich mit meinen Fotos verewigt. Einen festen Wohnsitz haben meine Bilder aber erst seit März 2005.
...Angefangen hat alles mit einem Fotoprojekt „Türen in unserer Heimatstadt“. Ich habe zum ersten Mal meine Stadt durch einen Fotoapparat betrachtet und genau wie Christian Morgenstern bemerkt „Man sieht oft etwas hundertmal, tausendmal, ehe man es zum ersten Male wirklich sieht.“ Seit dem habe ich immer meine kleine Casio dabei und knipse alles was mir vor die Linse kommt. „Ich lerne sehen, ja, ich fange an. Es geht noch schlecht. Aber ich will meine Zeit ausnutzen.“ (Rainer Maria Rilke)

Mittlerweile ist Fotografieren für mich Erholung, Entspannung und Erfrischung vom alltäglichen Allerlei. „Leben heißt beobachten“ und ich versuche zu Leben!

At least I find my way to flickr. I wandered around the www for a long time and take my rest here!
At the beginning of playing with photo was a door-project in my hometown. I noticed thinks, I never saw before. Like Morgenstern: "You see something a hundred times, a thousand times, before you see it real for the first time."
To live means to observe and this it is, why I "snaps" everything what I see. Of course there are flickr's with nicer, more perfect pictures. However "I learn to see, yes, I start. It still goes badly. But I want to use my time." (Rainer Maria Rilke)
