I studied art at Sunderland Art College back in the early 1960s and have made art ever since.
In the past I have done figurative work, seascapes and forestry scenes.

I have worked for periods as artist-in residence in Cyprus over the last seven years. It is this that has largely influenced my latest work.

I currently live in Lancaster, UK and am part of a group of artists at Luneside Studios.
