In 2009 completed the first ever circumnavigation of The Gambia, West Africa, by foot - 930km - 930kmafricanodyssey.tumblr.com/ with husband and photojournalist, Jason Florio (www.floriophoto,com), three local Gambians, two donkeys and a cart!
Presently: working on a book about the expedition and planning the next expedition
