Winterthur Museum & Country Estate is the ancestral home of America's most celebrated antiques collector, Henry Francis du Pont. The estate, located in Delaware's beautiful Brandywine Valley, features a 175-room house in which du Pont's collection of more than 85,000 American decorative arts objects are displayed. The 1,000 acre estate is highlighted by a 60-acre garden featuring thousands of rare plant species and some of the tallest trees in the state.
