Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil. (Sorry!) Grab Liz. Go to the Winchesta.
Have a nice cold pint. And wait for all this to blow over.

How's that for a slice of fried gold?
Yeaaaaa boyyyy!

In January 2007, after a four month infatuation with the Canon Rebel XT, I went ahead and got myself one. And now for the real challenge: How about a really good lens?

This month also marks a return to the darkroom after some 8 years. I'm taking a class in photography that makes heavy use of the Holga and medium format film. The results so far have been decent - and there's something about this camera that just makes me wanna shoot every single day. So I do my best and try. (:

2008 update
After trying out a slew of medium format cameras, I've settled on the Hasselblad 903SWC for serious work and retain the Holga for the fun stuff. Serious/fun is interchangeable in this case. I like shooting with an old Kodak Duaflex I've had for years but find the 620 respool cumbersome. Most recently I've dabbled in TLRs with a Yashica D. I like it, but having worked with several Hasselblads, naturally the bias towards the better brand will prevail.

Currently I alternate between the Hassi and Holga when I shoot, and have resumed working with color (negative and slide) film. It's a very exciting time. Every roll is an adventure. Every frame is special. Have you ever shot with film? Then you know exactly what I mean. (:
