Welcome to the Widllife Viewing Network Flickr Site.

The Wildlife Viewing Network features a network of conservation areas and nature based tour opportunities showcasing lands acquired by The Nature Trust of BC. Most properties are a part of provincial Parks or Wildlife Management Areas managed by the Ministry of Environment (MOE).management and fish and wildlife habitat restoration.

The Vancouver Island Wildlife Viewing Network brings together and promotes the ecologically rich Nature Trust lands and MOE Wildlife Management Areas near the communities of Duncan, Nanaimo, Parksville - Qualicum Beach, Baynes Sound, Courtenay-Comox, Tofino and Northern Vancouver Island. Specifically these properties consist of the estuaries of the Cowichan, Nanaimo, Englishman, Courtenay, Salmon, Cluxewe, and Quatse Rivers and the Tofino Mudflats along with several nearby upland sites containing key wetland and forested riparian habitats.
