An Adult Onset Athlete, I have found that I enjoy pushing myself physically. As of November 2008, I've finished 2 Half Marathons, and one 5K, with another one planned before the end of the 2008.
2009 there will be two more 1/2 marathons and who knows what else?! God Willing that is!
