I'm just a small town girl tryin' to make it in the Big City!
Which, uh, means I'm a cake decorator from Woodridge making cakes in Chicago. It's actually a small European neighbourhood of Chicago. But for me, it looks like the Big City!
We work long, hard hours (i.e. up to 80 hours a week) to make the awesomest cakes EVER. If we didn't love our job, there's no way we'd be able to endure that kind of labor. But we do it, and I am proud to say that in January of 2009 I will officially start Whimsy Cake Shop, my own little cake decorating business!
