Howdy & thanks for stopping by...

Not to bore anyone to tears, but this might explain the why and when of some of my photos (and why maybe I favorited a photo of yours)...I was born in Silver Spring, Maryland in 1969 - lived there for 20 years before moving to Savannah, Georgia for college (SCAD), stayed there until 1996, came back to DC (proper) for a year, then journeyed out to the SF bay area for three years, came back east the summer of 2001 and lived in NYC for eight years before getting hitched and moving to my bride's home state of Texas.

I must also confess that I am a bit of a lazy photographer. I have owned one SLR in my lifetime, an Olympus OM-2S, which I got in high school and served me well until it gave up the ghost in 2005. At that point I realized it was time to go digital, but not wanting to jump in with both feet I opted for a Canon point & shoot and with that little pocket camera I did bide my time, until I jumped in during the summer of 2009 and bought a Nikon D90.

Finally, since I couldn't have said it any better myself...unless you ask first, please don't blog my photos. Just a friendly reminder not to take what isn't yours.
