The Westonbirt Project at Westonbirt Arboretum's photostream

Westonbirt, The National Arboretum in Gloucestershire is a place of environmental and historical importance. We want to really connect people with our trees; to delve into our landscape, discover our history and share our excitement for the future.

We plan a series of phased developments to help deliver this vision. Phase one will include a Welcome Building that shares our story with all our visitors, a new car park and a restored Grade I listed downs landscape. Phase two will deliver an exciting Tree Walkway offering a totally new perspective on our arboretum. Further phases will improve our backstage facilities and propagation areas.
