I like my contacts - I like seeing their pictures - I like them liking or laughing at mine (or perhaps both). If you add me, and we've not chatted before (comments etc) then I may not add you for a while - it depends a lot on your own pictures and how pleasant you are.
If you add me as a Contact (or Friend or Family) Thanks!!! Please take the time and say *Hi* every once in a while. Because really, what's the point to add someone if you're not going to actually keep up with their shots. Right? Like I said... I don't automatically add as a Contact back. I will add you if I see you leaving comments and generally getting to know me. I have around 100-ish contacts... and I try to check out their shots every day.
If you have a stream, but no photos - DON'T add my photos to your Favorites. It makes me very uncomfortable and you will therefore be blocked.
Oh, by the way, I love comments. A lot. I mean let's face it, this entire shtick, this little dance we do, is all based on attention. I like attention. A lot. Admittedly I'm a bit of a whore for it. However, please do me and anyone else gracious enough to view my photos the favor of not posting massive, garish and annoying HTML invites and/or praise in my comments. You know what I'm talking about, don't act innocent, you've seen them: "This photo has been awarded the huge double golden bozo boob move prize on this century and beyond time!!!!!" All coupled with a big rainbow or a pony or a laughing hyena smiley faced troll or whatever....just don't do it. Not here. I appreciate the love but prefer the subtleties of actual conversation. Thanks in advance.
