I am a father of the twins. I chase the boys with my cameras. I take pictures and I waste film.

I started shooting using digital SLR cameras and then felt in love with film, from the 35mm to medium format. I love the square format especially. I develop B&W and colour films by myself.

I spent a lot of time to see other people's works on Flickr for an inspiration. I start to make friends who share the same visual connections with me, and we never met.

I will go anywhere to make pictures for my kids; however, I shoot very often in my backyard and neighborhood.

I am a fan of the fixed focal length lenses. My favourite lenses are the 50mm f/1.2 AIS, and 105mm f/2.8G VR Micro. However, I have love-hate relationships with both lenses. I acquired a couple of Carl Zeiss Jena lenses recently, which are amazing.

I showed some of my favourite pictures I took, to my wife and asked her, "Do I have talent?",
She answered, " You have enthusiasm."
Talent? maybe not. Enthusiasm? For sure.

I like to shoot wilted faded flowers/grass/leaves, especially in winter. My favourite time to take pictures is one hour before sunset. I will keep shooting until sun comes down.
