Warren Wilson Theatre is staffed and run by the students, faculty, and staff of the Department of Theatre at Warren Wilson College, Asheville, North Carollina. We focus on producing challenging classics and contemporary plays in an innovative manner, with a particular emphasis on Shakespeare. We believe in challenging as well as entertaining our audiences. In addition to plays, we produce programs of dance, one-acts, original student work, and a musical every other year. Our slogan is: Warren Wilson Theatre: something to THINK about.

Most of our productions take place in the 321-seat Kittredge Theatre on the Warren Wilson campus. We also perform in an outdoor amphitheatre, a beautiful old wooden gym, and an arena stage we create by moving the audience onto the ample Kittredge Theatre stage.
