Hi all.
I was born on the island Terschelling, in the nortern part of Holland.
Left the Island for a 7 year trip to New Zealand.
After returning home my cousin send me a kiwi (Delta)
fishingkite with a 1000 yard nylonline.
After some years of fishing it was waiting for a fligfht when I got
the idea to hook it up on a video camera.
That ended up with a broken videocamera as I put it to close to the kite.
2000 I started my own painting company and all my energy went into the paintingbusines
Still making lots of photo's with my hydrolicladder.
2005 found me trying again with the kiwi kite a (secondhand) canon G3 on interval and I am still going strong.
The nylonline was replaced by Dyneema and the big spool for reeling in the nylon was replaced for a big 12"australian fishing reel holding 550 yards 130lb Dyneema Best buy ever.
The (second, secondhand) Canon G3 crashed and got replaced
by a Minolta A1 with 30 second interval, giving 120 photo's an hour.
Everybody looking at my photo's asked for some copy's and that
made me sort out the best ones and join them together for a book.
