joined flickr years ago to post snapshots of family and friends. but started to take up photography as a hobby near the end of 2008 mainly to de-stress...in a creative way. got my first dslr then--the lovable nikon d40, took up basic photography class with the notorious jo avila, and have been shooting during my days-off, and any day for that matter, ever since.
on photography: it is a means for me to celebrate life, to try to capture the moment & what's behind it, and be captivated by the beauty of creation.
