♥ Love is the most powerful force in the Universe, it transforms every living organism and every creature responds in love and affection.

We should understand what really love means. How can one loves his dog or cat and eat burgers? It's an animal that is very clever, has a family and feelings.

I am not a hysterical vegan or something. Many years ago I used to be a meat-eater and since January '11 is the second time that I abstain from eating meat (first time lasted ten years and in the meantime I was only eating chicken and fish).
So, I am not a hysterical vegan :) It's just healthier for many reasons to choose not to eat animals. And I am sure that if you really love animals then you can't see them on your plate as part of your food. :)

Except the compassion issue for other loving creatures on this planet, there is also the health issue. Choosing to not eat meat or even better to eat raw veggies, fruits, sprouts, seeds etc. (not cooked food) you remain healthier and you feel alive! :)

Personally speaking, since November 2011 I eat raw fruits, veggies, seeds and sprouts at a percentage of 40-50% and I feel vibrant, alive and healthy!
Reconsider the issue of love and if you really love animals** and try to cut the chain of habit. As a friend said: "The chains of habit are generally too small to be felt until they are too strong to be broken." :)

** I was thinking I love animals but one day I "woke-up" and saw all my reptiles inside cages and I thought to myself "how can I love something that I keep in a cage and how can I put in a cage something that I love?" and then I decided (a tough one) that animals do not belong inside cages and since then I believe I love animals as they deserve to be loved, not in cages and not a part of my food
