Retired teacher (53) trying to live a green/eco friendly life, recycling and reusing.

Mother, grandmother and wife.

ME/CFS since I was 32. ME/CFS in USA called CFIDS.

Horrible disabling illness - cause unknown, although a possible link to Lyme Disease. Treatment - no effective treatment known. Also includes Fibromyalgia and multiple chemical sensitivity.

Pain levels vary, but manageable most of the time.

Fatigue the biggest enemy, although functioning fairly reliably at about 50% capacity.

Confined to the area immediately around home unless someone else drives.

Multiple chemical sensitivity is a big problem recently.

Greatly improved when treated with long term doses of antibiotics for Lyme Disease / Borreliosis.

Otherwise I just have to pace myself. Ha ha ha.
