I show here part of my collection of vintage photos. All of them I have acquired at auctions, garage sales or simply found them in trash. None of them show my own relatives or friends.
Most of the photos shown here are from the US, because I mostly collect American stuff.
I often post images twice: The 'main' photo in low res and interesting magnifications in high res.
The time range is between 1910 to the early 60's. I add dates to ALL of my photos. This doesn't mean that this is a guaranteed date, though. I often simply estimate to make it easier to timely fit an image in my collection.
The comments added to the photo are my personal opinion. If you come to the conclusion that they are one sided, you are right. I have a favor for the past and hate to comment on vintage photos with a view of the present.
