My experience is connected with Merchandising, the seven steps of the sales cycle, Marketing. My main duties include:

Web 2.0 transforms business into online place for communication and collaboration between employees, customers and partners.
The ability to share information and docs online speeds the business process. Thus the dispersed teams and workforce finish their tasks more quickly and precisely.
The immediate communication and the ability to share knowledge via blogs, communities and bookmarks helps to conduct more successful marketing and sales campaigns.
