My name is Victoria Anne Manning, and I was born and raised in Monterey, California. I spent 17 years of my life there, and always wanted to get out - I always thought it was boring, ugly, and I got tired of doing the same old thing everyday. But when I moved to Cochise County, Arizona (namely, Sierra Vista), I longed for the vast ocean, the green forests of Big Sur, even the boring old city-scape that sprawled out over the Monterey Penninsula. The desert was boring, so drab and monotonous - but I quickly grew to appreciate its golden hues, especially when the sky is that bright blue that it seems to always have on a clear, sunny day.

I've been into photography for a few years now - I think it must be... 4 or 5 years now? Either way, I am no more than an amateur photogapher, but hope to take it somewhere, sometime. I am also a writer, and am working on so many projects, the number boggles my mind.
