"Victor - the name says it all. It's victorious. One of my idols in this craft. I was honored to have his company in Cebu when we covered the Sinulog Festival last January. I am fortunate to have him as a colleague here in Hong Kong for our group Pinoy Photographers Club HK. The upcoming exhibit would not be possible without his persistence and guidance. I call him the Master and I guess you know why. He's a kind hearted man with a "Golden Eye". Kudos to you Mr. Victor Bautista."
