Matt MacNeil is the founder and pricipal partner in the Victoria Pub Company. Involved in the hospitality business for 29 years, Matt has owned pubs in Saskatoon, Calgary, Banff, Whistler and currently owns and manages the Bard & Banker, Irish Times and Penny Farthing Pubs and Penny Farthing Liquor Store in Victoria, BC.

Matt is a founding member of the Downtown Victoria Business Association, President of the Oak Bay Business Association and Director of Alliance of Beverage Licensees BC.
