NEW 2012 CONTACT ADDING GUIDELINES
I am glad you wish to add me as a contact and I enjoy your add so let me first say thank you for adding me as a person that you wish to follow:) Next because you added me does not mean that I will add you as a contact to my stream. I will look at your photos and if we have the same level of interest be it photos and other interest then I will consider adding you as a contact as well. I have grown tired of seeing photos of people private parts as I do not display those type of photos in my stream so if you have them in your friend or family portions of your stream please do not upgrade me to that level if I decide to add you as a contact. If I add anyone at any of the privacy controls that they offer here yo will find nothing but the same type of photos that I present to the general public. What you will see in those photos are photos that have been moved from the general public for various reasons.

I am a nice person so I hope this is not taken wrong, if you block me I will return the favor and block you. If you are that insecure about yourself and feel that people do not follow your petty rules about posting a comment before marking your photo as a favorite or any other petty rule that is just outrageous! So I shall follow your example and block you to:)

NOTICE:If I find I have been blocked by a person I will attempt to make contact and if a response is not given with in 48 hours of contact I will block them and remove them from any groups that I own and ask permission from the owners of groups that I moderate to have the person removed from the groups.

All I ask is that before you block me or anyone else give them the respect of a notice then if they did not buy the clue or take the hint then block them however be nice to let them know you will not add them plus by them adding you they do not show up on your contacts in the first place and for my I have 1000's of people that have added me and I have not returned the favor! It is called following a persons photo stream! The problem is when people have no clue on how this social platform works and they get block happy which for me I may not even try to make contact with them because if you are chronic blocker then I do not think I want you as a contact so I may require a email of explanation before I even consider adding a person. Now I do know that some make the mistake of blocking however I need to know if it was a mistake. I PAY FOR THIS!!! this is not a gift for me to go pro every year! so I am making an investment and I do not want to lose on my investment,

I hope you understand that in most cases the block feature is for those who are causing problems which when you have to many of them it could place your account under a review process. This means that if you get too many blocks you may loose you account even if you paid for it!

SIGNS OF A CHRONIC BLOCKER:

1. They have it posted in the profile that if you have a photo of _________ I will block you.
2. They say if you favorite a photo and don't leave a message I will block you.
3. They say if I do not know you I will block you if you add me.

Note: This is a social platform and people want to connect with each other and you have no obligation to return the favor and add them. This is one of the best features of FLICKr and I hope they keep it that way. So in closing if you are a chronic blocker please wait for them to actually do something wrong before you block. When you are a chronic blocker people tend to not want to connect with you or follow you in any way. So for those of us who PAY please do not block take time to drop us a line and tell us you are happy the we added them however I will not be adding you instead of blocking. Plus you can take the time and set you photo privacy levels so they cannot make comments on add to favorites.

Note: This is not aimed at anyone and is just a notice to those who like to use the block feature with out just cause. It is like throwing a person in jail because they look like they are going to commit a crime! So do not take this in a negative way.

If you do add me as a contact and want to be considered for a higher level with my photos you must not have any images available publicly that is porn or quite nasty in nature! You may not be considered if any porn is in your stream. I will not block you I just wont add you! I have seen some photos that should not even be posted online and in some countries some of the photos are illegal!

To be honest with you I do not care if you add me as a contact as long as you follow my guidelines below! Because I do not have the time to view every person that adds me as a contact! In most cases I do not even know your a contact till you leave a message!

CAUTION: If you ask to see or leave a comment to see private parts you may be blocked after a written warning! This is considered the written warning!!! I do not take or even consider taking any pornographic photos of myself so do not even ask! There are plenty of those photo available so just find a group and start searching! However you came to the wrong page for those type of photos!

WHY SO MANY CONTACTS FOR ME?..

Ok I am glad you asked! so why do I have so many contacts? and am I a contact collector!

The answer is I moderate several groups and I like to see what some and not all the members post.

For me adding a person as a contact is way different than me taking it to the next 3 levels which is Friend, Family & Friend & Family.

I will say that I do communicate with some of those in the Friends category and I also have communications with those in the family category and at times I will post photos only for specific categories to see and make comments to.

So for those who wonder why so many contacts? Because it is nothing wrong with having them! Plus it is better than me placing them in bookmarks on my browser which can be seen by anyone!

Also I am Married and I enjoy being that way!! I do accept male friends as long as they respect that I am married. There is nothing wrong with having male friends as long as they respect your feeling and understand where you are coming from.

For those who like to post my photos on other sites and use my image for personal gain and to meet with others under false pretense. I serve you notice that you are very adventurous! I AM NOT your average web surfer if you know what I mean. So it would be in your best interest to view the photos and I do know of almost every photo grabbing plugins and software out there so please save me the time and not post my photos and pretend to be me or us my image to get hook ups! By doing this you will PISS ME OFF! and trust me you would not like that! Plus they are copyrighted photos!
