I'm shrinking slowly but surely through good old fashioned diet and exercise.




I take photos to record my life. I take far too many photos of my adorable niece, nephews and boyfriend. I like cemeteries, roadside attractions and buildings, too. I don't edit much out. It's all about capturing memories, not accolades for my photographic abilities (or lack thereof). Most of my images are average shots and occasionally I capture a moment of rare beauty. Amateur photography, like life, is just that way.

I own a limited number of the velvets in this photo set--five to be exact, including one Velvet Elvis. Obviously, I didn't paint them (but people still ask me). Most are images collected from the web and attributed to the source whenever possible.
