This is our site for bicycle and cycling stuff. You will find our and other peoples' bikes, our rides, and other bikey activities such as Critical Mass, and cycling organisations.

Rowan is the pedalhead and velocipedinarian of the household, he is 51, Ex-rally driver, Founder-Director of the Bikerescue Project, in York, now restoring old bikes and consulting from home, while also being primary carer. Bicycle tastes are mostly for the classic and the elegant, and our bike shed is most definitely a carbon-free zone. Don't ask him to wear a helmet... EVER!

Raven enjoys riding with her own unique style and flair, while student daughter Jessika is following gamely in our wheeltracks, using her various machines for transport and fun.
