Hello!

I really enjoy practicing this ancient Asian Art of "Fruit and Veggy Carving". It's "therapeutic" and challenging at the same time.

Currently, this incredible Asian Art is not very well known yet to the American public. But, thanks to the Food Network Challenge, more people are getting to know more about it, and it is slowly gaining its popularity.

Aside from carving fruit centerpieces, I also create soap carving keepsake.
