We are a cookery school based in the beautiful city of Bath, UK. Our passion is vegetables, and we love sharing that passion with others, through cooking, sharing recipes and of course, taking lots and lots of pictures of the vegetables we love and the delicious meals we create with our students.

The Cookery School is based in the centre of Bath, near to Demuths Restaurant in a wonderful Georgian building, with a super purpose built kitchen, light and airy and the best views of Bath Abbey.

The cookery school is run by Rachel Demuth, the owner of the award winning Demuths Restaurant. Since 2001 we have been running an exciting and varied selection of courses for mixed abilities from complete beginner to accomplished cook.
