I'm Sigrun, a mother of seven (age 20, 18, 15, 13, 6, 4 and 2 year old) part time freelance web designer and playschool teacher living in small town called Vogar in Iceland...

I got my first digital camera in 2001. It was a HP PhotoSmart 618. I really wasn't very serious about photography back then and was just using my camera to snap photos off my family and happenings in our life.

In 2005 my HP camera died on me and I bought myself a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT. At first I was using it the same way as I used my old one.

Though I've had my Flickr account since Sept. 2005. I really didn't start being serious about Flickr or photography until Dec 2007.
